At Punisher's Paintball, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most unused and unopened items. If your equipment doesn't meet your needs, our streamlined process makes it easy to get back on the field with the right setup.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact within 30 days of the delivery date.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in a shipping box and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure faster processing.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your requested exchange within 3-5 business days.
