How long does shipping take for markers and gear?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer a warranty on paintball markers?
Yes, all new markers come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Punisher's Paintball offers a 30-day limited guarantee against defects on most equipment.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used safety gear or opened paintballs.
Are your markers tested before being shipped?
All high-end markers undergo a basic function check by our certified technicians to ensure they are leak-free and ready for the field right out of the box.
Do you ship paintballs during extreme weather?
Paintballs are sensitive to temperature. During extreme heat or cold, we may delay shipping or recommend expedited shipping to prevent the paint from becoming brittle or misshapen.
